All About Onslow County

Moving to a new area can be an exciting time. Just to give you an overview, Onslow Country is home to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River. Therefore our community population is always changing. We have a great park system, walking trails, and much more. Community events are always going on; from concerts in the park to planned recreational activities. Also, Jacksonville has numerous restaurants and fast food establishments. The Jacksonville Mall continues to grow. The mall includes: GAP & GAP kids, American Eagle, The Children’s Place, Belk, Sears, JC Penny, and many more. Onslow County also has several specialty stores throughout town. One of our best kept secrets include the un-crowded beaches. We are also home to Coastal Carolina Community College (CCCC) and about an hour away from Wilmington, NC, UNC-W, and everything Wilmington has to offer.
